Labor and Employment

We represent employers and employees in all types of Labor Standards and Labor Relations concerns. We also provide assistance in drafting of company rules and regulations, employee handbooks, policy manuals, employment and independent contractor agreements, non-competition and non-disclosure covenants, trade secret audits, among others. In addition, we advise our clients on employment matters such as collective bargaining, benefits plan, contractual and wage disputes, personnel discipline and dismissal. To represent our clients, we appear in adversarial and other labor proceedings before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), the Bureau of Labor Relations (BLR), the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA), and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
